The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Added boat and a trailer and schedule was differnt weather is impacted

We agreed and to the items and nothing was misrepresented. I asked to ensure and was willing to pay extra. The only item extra was the boat trailer and you asked if I could just “tip” you instead of updating the quote which I did ask you to do instead, so don’t leave out the details. I have all texts and correspondence saved. This individual is not reliable nor trustworthy.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Due to a family emergency we had to cancel. However, Felipe remained in contact throughout my situation. He understood and was accepting. The interaction and communication with Felipe, made us feel comfortable and I would use him and his crew due to this interaction at a later date.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After speaking with Francisco multiple times he ensured that he would be here on time. The day before on without any notification, I called him, and he asked to reschedule the pickup. We agreed and then he never returned my calls or responded to texts. He screwed us on time, wasted a week plus and will costs us more money since we are now seeking someone to ship for us last minute. Very unprofessional and lied the entire time, he only wanted to secure us to possibly make it here to ship, but be
