Arrived to customers store front walked and was greeted with a smile and a hand shake, Rick even helped me unload the saws that I brought him. He looked them over and clicked the submit payment button on the spot, great customer and good guy

When loading the shipment the correct weight was not given, which caused significant damage to the trailer, this makes it impossible to ship the load safely, so I must cancel this shipment.

Customer was sent all claim documentation to file against carrier, but claimed he never received it. We sent it again and haven't heard from the customer until he left us a negative feedback. We can give advice on filing claims, but all claims MUST be filed directly with the freight carrier that tendered the load. These are National LTL carriers so if done right they should be very responsive to the customer. We can only assist on claims. Unfortunately, this customer doesn't comprehend.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services before he loaded this truck the seller called and told me Scott said he had loaded and hauled these trucks before, but he was a little leery because he described the trailer as an old mobile home frame with a couple of pieces of metal tacked on the back to simulate a beaver tail

I have not loaded a Isuzu w4500 street sweeper before, just trucks, lathes, generators, skid steers, fork trucks, basically any kind of heavy equipment that weighs as much or more than the posted weight for this load, as seen in my profile pictures my trailer is well built and can handle heavy loads, max weight is 15,000 lbs. The truck was not damaged, but the trailer was during loading, it was not safe for transport and I cancelled the shipment. I apologize for the inconvenience.

this was the second thing I booked with these clowns they are a joke to much paper work and three months to deliver, it came in broken and their claims department won't call you back and everything is done thru emails never again then the idiots leave you a bad feedback because you left them one

We assist on all claims. We actually sent claim documents to this customer twice after he said he did not receive them the first time. We have not heard from the customer since then until now. We assist with all claims against the freight carriers that TENDER the loads. We do not tender the loads, but are here to assist. Thank you.
