Absolutely ZERO issues! Every step of the way, went like clockwork. Jason kept me updated and did an outstanding job securing my truck on his trailer. I look forward to using Jason to transport more equipment in the future... and most importantly of all, he's just a super nice guy! Not pushy or a Mr. Know-it-all, he's the kind of guy you'd like to have as your neighbor.

Picture perfect is how Chris handled the hauling of my truck. He picked up at exactly the date/time he said he would and that evening he delivered my truck, all the time texting me with updates.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While I understand that trucks are sometimes delayed for various reasons, this wait has gone on too long. Last week I was assured that my truck would be picked up sometime during the week. Today, Monday, I call only to find out that they're still looking for a truck and that no truck had ever been scheduled. It's been 2 weeks since Friend's Express LLC began looking for a truck/trailer to haul my truck.
