A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We set up a pick up time for Saturday, and tried texting and calling the person we would be picking up from, with no answer. Several hours later we had still not heard back from them. We cannot waste our time waiting for someone to get back to us about something that was supposedly set up before hand.

You never called ahead, you waited until that day of pickup and tried to call. The seller was at work, and couldn't get to you right away. He did try to call and text you later but did not hear from you. The worst part you never bother to contact me at anytime. I sent you text and emails with no response. Anyone who uses you is making a big mistake. I have used uship several times but you are the worst. You never did explain why you didn't contact me.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer accepted our service based on the fact we require, as is in our terms: "ALL ITMES MUST BE PALLETIZED OR CRATED OR BOXED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FREIGHT STANDARDS PRIOR TO PICKUP". Upon contact with shipper it is has been discovered the motorcycle is not properly crated...thanks-steve

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider failed to contact me after many tries to contact them. They failed to pick up the bike when they said they would and never called me to tell me. They never answered my phone calls or emails. They suck and so does my experience with uship!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I received a text from the shipper on Feb. 15th saying he would contact me the next day regarding pickup. He never contacted me. I called 5 times, sent 4 texts,and 2 emails, and never heard back from him.

I was very satisfied with everything. The bike was picked up on time and dropped off when it was suppose to, in very good shape. Communication was also very good.

The service was excellent. They picked up the bike when they said they would and gave me two choices for drop off, to help with my schedule. Bike was in great shape when it was delivered. I would use them again!

The bike was picked up when promised and delivered when promised. From the time I accepted the bid until the bike was in my garage was only a total of 8 days. I am very happy with Mike and his service the bike was in top shape just as the shipper promised. I will use Mike again if needed.

This guy is great!!!! This is the 3rd time I have used Uship and all have been good. Greg called a let me know what was going on. He dropped off the bike when he said he would and it was in great shape. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

This guy was the best I have dealt with, and I have had 6 bikes shipped in the last 8 months. He called as soon as I excepted the bid. He called when he picked the bike up, and gave me information on the bike. He said he would be at my house at 10 AM and he was right on time, and there was no damage to my bike. I will use him anytime I can.

I was very happy with the service I received. The pickup was when promised, and the delivery the same. I was kept in contact along the way. I would use them again. They would be my first choice.
