The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time pickup was for 6/3, no show, no response to email/text. called & texted him today 6/7- if not done, we will request cancellation. carrier responded: will pickup today & enroute". an hr later, he sent cancellation said truck in shop! very poor communication. this is going to our customer.. if delay, must inform us and at least reply to our text/email.
