These guys did a great job. They were on time for pickup and drop off, very polite and professional and handled the product with care. I will use them again every time I can.

Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had. Scheduled delivery was Friday 6-21 but carrier did not have a pallet jack (standard equipment) so it could not be unloaded. Took a full week for them to return with my 40,000 dollar shipment and cost my customer thousands in lost production. the entire time, I had to contact NowMove myself, they never called me even knowing there was a major issue. All they did was make excuses the entire time and never took responsibility for anything. Pathetic! Response from NowMoveUSA: Absolute not recommended for any future shipment. Only answer to E Mail when he need to blame the broker. Shipment pushed back 2 times for pickup and then blaming you for late delivery. Booking a non guaranteed LTL service, making it late in pickup and expecting no delay within delivery. Simple not possible for the carrier and us. No damage, Service done as descripted and daily tracking was send. We do answer to all question and e mails. Nothing we can do more for this person.
