A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Pickup site was not able to load when the driver arrived on time as arranged.

Charles went above and beyond. The auction guys at the pickup site held him up for four hours in an inconsiderate manner while the remedy seemed well within their control. Charles handled them in a patient and cheerful manner and still did his best to get to the dropoff asap. He went way above and beyond, which I appreciate.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was not able to arrange with the seller for the item to be picked up by uship. I am very sorry. Seller wasn’t willing to work with this.
