We Shipped our 3 month old Lab Puppy, Pepper from Bay Area, California to Houston, Texas. We were little worried in the beginning, but guys from Compass K9 clearly explained how its all going to work, as they mentioned before the contract, they were always in touch with us, picked it on time, provided enough potty break for the puppy, provided us text, video, picture updates and also answered our questions all through the trip. It was very positive experience for us.
