My dog got to me so he was at least delivered.
Why won't I use them again? I had to update the pickup date, and the price skyrocketed.Yet, they couldn't get there by the earlier pickup date. They were unprofessional about how they went about explaining that the original offer was actually a mistake on their part, gave no apology for the confusion, and instead harassed me.
They gave unrealistic ETAs. (They were farther away than it would have been possible to make it within the ETA given.)
