The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was unable to receive a clear message from this provider via uship messaging. His replies to my initial questions and concerns were prompt but short, vague and didn't completely answer my inquiries regarding rideshare and shipment. I accepted his bid based on 'good faith' and solid experience from previous providers. Provider backed out after accepting and has ruined my entire plan, which was time sensitive. He lacked resolution, proper communication, and commitment. Wasted my whole day!
