After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer el dia 28 se hablo con el cliente para acordar la recogida,pero mi empresa se sintio acosada por llamadas y mensajes en el contestador y no estamos comodos con el cliente

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Se había acordado la recogida el día 28 de Enero. El transportista no se presento en tal fecha y notificó que debido a un problema se presentaría el día 29 de Enero sobre las 17.00. Comprometiéndose a contactar conmigo el 29 de Enero sobre las 10.00 para actualizar la situación de la recogida. El transportista no coge el teléfono y no parece que se va a producir la recogida.
