These guys were FABULOUS! Delivered right on time; perfect communication. Of the half dozen Uship experiences I've had, all which have been positive, this way the best one yet. The Freemans were just great to work with and kept in touch every step of the transport!

Shipment arrived safely but I put a neutral rating because you should have mentioned that you delivered it 1st to a terminal in my town who then had to deliver it to me. That delayed delivery by 2 days. You picked it up 3 days after you said you would. Also, quote states "will deliver within 4 days of pickup". It was actually 7 days. I could have gone with a less costly shipper but chose you based on delivery timeline. I could have used the less $ one & would have gotten it at the same time.

Stewart was fantastic!!! Constant communication; had the item to me in 2.5 days. He was the polar opposite of my last uship experience of poor communication & 4 postponed pick-ups. He really saved me from a bad situation and I will use him again!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed in bid to pickup within 1-2 wks. They have now postponed the pickup 4 times and have not responded to multiple emails and calls over 5 days. I've been trying to reach them regarding status as it's now been 3.5 wks when they committed to 1-2 wks. I have found another shipper.

Wonderful!!! Glen picked up my chairs within a couple of days and had them to me a few days later! Stayed in touch with me constantly. I would trust him with any shipment. A+++++!!!!
