A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller had said they could have the bike ready "anytime", but when told that shipper would pick up the next morning they told me that they would not be available at that time.

This shipment was complicated due to a major winter storm delay, multiple pick up points for my animals, and mechanical issues. Dave did a great job despite all of the issues. He proved to be flexible and communicated well. He took excellent care of my animals (my biggest concern!)
He will be the first person I contact for future shipping needs.
