I was very nervous booking travel for my puppy.
Right after I booked with A & C Care I received a message from them. They were very professional and made me feel a little bit later.
The morning of departure I was extremely nervous. I called Andy and he told me he would take a picture of the puppy as soon as he got there. Once he picked her up, I was sent a picture of Ruby. I was updated on her time of arrival throughout the entire trip! He really put me at ease which is priceless! Thank you!
