There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved He accepted the order and then after I made the payment and send him pick up address with same zip code, he requested more money.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved To cancel this shipment and receive a refund, please log into your uShip account and go to My Shipments > Click Assigned > Find the shipment in question and click the 3 vertical dot drop-down menu on the right > Click Cancel > Continue to Request Cancellation and the follow the prompts.
For LTL Instant Rate shipment we issue full, 100% refunds. There is no penalty for cancelling if your shipment has not picked up.
