Overall, I was pleased with the experience. The car arrived promptly without delays and was not damaged. The only suggestion I ould make is that the driver should communicate better. I was expecting periodic updates on location and estimatated time of arrival. A phone call is all it takes. I was not at home when the car was delivered.
