Delivered safe & sound, great communication. Took a chance on this vendor knowing that she was new to the platform, & had prior feedback noting timing issues. We had a strict timeline coordinating 3rd parties for pickup & drop off. Cortney agreed to our schedule before taking the job. The day of, she asked to change the agreed times. We accommodated time changes, but this was stressful for us. Highly recommend this vendor if you have flex on timelines.
