A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When the customer accepted our bid, he did not mentioned that he needs to have the vehicle picked up on a specific day. When our dispatcher contacted him and informed that according to the timeframe mentioned on uShip, we need 5 business days to arrange pick up. We offered a driver for Friday, but Customer was not satisfied with it, even though we found a carrier within our official timeframe and were in touch with Justin all this time. Please, cancel this shipment and refund customer his money.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper was well aware of shipment dates as they are listed in the shipment when they quoted me but could not fulfill my shipment on time.
