After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We are canceling this load that is still with in the pick up time of this contract. The customer has called and stated that he wants to cancel with Full Refund and Sue because we didn't pick up in time. We don't feel comfortable working with this customer any longer. Overall these guys did great. Picked up and delivered my stuff in a fast and timely fashion. the only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because communication isn't the best. After booking them no one contacted me or even confirmed that they were picking it up. It also was a business address and they delivered on a holiday (labor day) so lucky I was here or they wouldn't have been able to deliver it. A heads up or an estimated delivery date would've been nice.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time If you look into the records USHIP put out a update that the shipment had been changed to dispatched on the 26th of December and the trucking company called and asked if they could deliver on the 28th or the 29th of December which we agreed to. I called them on the 28th of December and they said it would not be here until 30th. I called them on the 30th and they said that the shipment had not even been picked up yet and they were waiting on a truck to send to get the load.

They provided excellent service. The communication was great and the driver was top of the line. Will use them again and would recommend them to everybody.
