MARY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND THOUGHTFUL DURING THIS TRANSPORT. BOTH PARTIES WERE INFORMED IN ADVANCE SO THE ARRANGEMENTS WOULD GO SMOOTH, KEPT ME INFORMED OF HER LOCATION, NEXT DESTINATION, AND WHEN TO EXPECT MY PUP. PUP WAS WELL MAINTAINED, WELL CARED FOR, AND KEPT CLEAN THROUGH THE WHOLE TRAVEL PROCESS. SHE WAS REACHABLE AT ALL TIMES THROUGH EITHER EMAIL OR PHONE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED IN SHIPPING SOMETHING. I WILL REQUEST HER SERVICES AGAIN. THANKS MARY!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped BY NO FAULT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER, THE OWNER OF THE DOG HAS CHANGED HER MIND AND DECIDED TO KEEP HER. AFTER COMMUNICATING WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER BY EMAIL AND PHONE, I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. SHE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO ALL INQUIRIES AND PROVIDED DETAILED INFO AS TO THE ARRANGEMENTS THAT WERE MADE.
