I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have not been able to contact the shipper after we had talked after booking. His phone number has been changed or disconnected. I tried to send e-mail and it would not go through either. We had made arrangments then he said that he would get back with me and he never did. So Iwaited a couple of days and tried to contact him and that is when I had found out that his number had been changed. I figured then that since his number had been changed that he should have contacted me to give me his ne

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I just want my item picked up and delivered to me. This is the 2nd time I have used Uship to try to have my vehicle shipped to me and it was not picked up either time! Both times I paid over $100 in Uship fees and I am tired of losing money. I just want my vehicle delivered to me. Kingkopla accepted my offer over 3 weeks ago and still has not picked it up! I have an email from them saying my item would be picked up on Feb. 26th, and it was never picked up. I don't want to cancel this order! Response from FranksAutoShipTrans: Customer accepted the bid, we set up carrier but customer failed to leave the keys with the vehicle and wanted the carrier to wait a couple days for him to mail them to the origination.
