Customer is correct in that I failed to ask for the USHIP code after delivering the shipment on time, in good condition as agreed upon. Customer failed to communicate back within a 24 hour period after email and phone call was made, even to acknowledge receipt of communications left. 31 hours after initial communications, a second, polite email/phone message was left requesting said information or communication. Haunting someone? You decide. I pride myself in communication and only ask the same
