After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I was told on Monday that by the end of the day I would have the exact date/time of pick-up. I received no date/time, and was told the driver has the flu, which I am uncomfortable with. For two days now I have not received a response via text nor e-mail. The individual at the pick-up location needs this large item moved, and I now need to do my part to get it out of their area soonest. Requesting this shipping company be cancelled from my shipment, so another more timely driver can take it f
