This shipper has a history of cancellation. I emailed him before I booked him to make sure he would be able to pick up the car on time. He assured me that all the cancellations on his profile were not by him. After booking he never returned my or my customers emails or calls. Now I have an upset customer all because this shipper did not follow through with his word. We will NEVER use this shipper again! His feedback is 0 his word is 0 and his reliability is 0.

THE BEST!! What a great guy! His communication was perfect and he picked the vehicle up exactly when he said he would. My customer also called me to let me know how happy he was with the shipper. We have been in the car business for 25 years and sell vehicles all over the U.S. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to call and email the service provider daily at multiple times. My customer has also tried to call the service provider multiple times. The service provider will not answer either calls or emails. I emailed the service provider before booking to let him know the tight schedule we were on and he at that time said it would be no problem.
