Very polite but inexperienced. Communication was not good. They did not pickup or delivery in the times they gave. One box was reboxed with broken and missing items and 2 items were delivered to someone else. They said they sent money to have them shipped to us but we never received them and communication stopped after we tried to followup on them.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a scheduling conflict and the service provider has offered an acceptable alternative pickup date and time. I am requesting this cancellation so the pickup time and date can be updated as well as allowing me to update the insurance
