A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider could not meet the needs of the transport AFTER the bid was accepted knowing that I had a deadline to pick up and to deliver to the auction site.

Shipper contacted me 3 days after acceptance of bid. Since acceptance was on a Friday afternoon, that wasn't a problem. However, Shipper said they would pick up load no later than Tuesday and deliver by Wednesday. On Wednesday, we did not have delivery so I called Shipper. He said he had issues with his truck. I asked why he didn't call me and let me know. He apologized and said he should have and that he will be picking up shipment on Thursday and deliver it Friday first thing in the morning.
