Picked up sunday, they told me they’d get there between monday-wednesday. Actually delivered on thursday. I had to ask for updates on my puppies even though they said they’d update me with pictures, they only sent me pictures one time. I would recommend to have them record feeding times just so owners are aware, the puppies looked skinnier than usual when recieved like they havent ate.
Overall, okay experience.

I apologize you feel like you didn’t receive good service, this is absolutely 1st time any client has felt that way, it is a long trip from GA to Cali and I had explained to you my family was called in my grandfather was dying so 1 driver did very well arriving in 3 days. The pups were so tiny of course they were fed otherwise they wouldn’t of survived. We take pride in caring for all furbabies and especially tiny ones with such a stressful long trip.
