There were scratches at the top of the vehicle that I did not notice upon delivery. The driver must have been aware of the damage but failed to disclose it. I acknowledge my own error for failure to fully examine the vehicle upon delivery, but with USHIP reputation, I believe that honesty should be part of the equation.
