I did not show up at agreed upon date and time i get a little delay still going to pick up bike

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show up in spite of me calling him to confirm 2 days in advance that he was coming. His only comment to me was 4/1 ( the pickup day) was Saturday not Friday. Never showed on 4/1 and he didn't call to tell me he wasn't coming so I waited around all day for nothing. Communication with your customers is important especially if you are not going to show up. I do not recommend this transporter.
