Booking was easy and the price was right. A lift gate was requested for pick up on uship and on the invoice, but shipper arrived without one. A specific drop off date was clearly set as well, but shipper attempted to deliver two days early and drop off location was unable to accept. Shipper returned crate to its storage facilities and redelivered on correct date in good condition. Customer service was fairly easy and helpful.
