There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved My driver was on site. The customer that we were picking up from, would not allow my driver and helper to pick up the items. Although our vehicle got stuck in their driveway ,We were able to Complete our obligation.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider was late to a pick up and we need this moving ASAP.

Late? No sir - You did not fill out & provide the phone number or address of the pick up location on uShip. Then omce you gave the phone number to me neither you or your pick up location answered your phones for 2 days! We wasted one day waiting then moved on. Pro Tip: Fill out forms fully & correctly & answer your phones!
