There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved As stated in bid quote 100$ fee for address change once item is picked up .The item has not been picked up. Customer texted informing me that he had requested a cancellation so he can post again with correct information. Seems he made his decision and it’s his item I’m ok with the cancellation. I don’t think we are a good fit.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The item was bought from auction house. The pick up address was assumed to be business address of auction house.
However, after the purchase it was disclosed that the item actual location is elsewhere.
Shipper wants to charge extra $100 for change of address.
Item has not been picked up.

Positive experience until a day before delivery: I was told I would have to unload two heavy couches to help out the driver since no-one else would be available.
I paid for white glove delivery mind you. I had no choice but to help out. BEWARE- otherwise you will pay so that you can unload your own furniture.
Definitely no disclosure of needing help from the customer when submitting bid.
Had I known I had to pay all that money so that I can unload my stuff I would gladly passed on the bid

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Item to be moved was clearly described to Sosyal Logistics.
When they got to the location they claim they cannot accommodate the item.
They agreed to cancel the shipment.
