I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF USHIP AND WOULD LIKE FOR IT TOCONTINUE.THIS SHIPPER WAS THE WORSE EVER. THE SELLER HAD TO MEET HIM MILES WAY FROM PICKUP LOCATION LISED ON USHIP.ONCE HE ARRIVED ,HE WAS VERY LOUD AND UTMOST EMBARRASSING .HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT IF I DID NOT GIVE HIM EXTRA CASH ,I WOULD NOT BE GETTING MY ITEMS. WAS DRUNK ,WITH WET PANTS FROM DRINKING ,WE TOOKPICTURES .FOR 20 MINS HE YELLED THAT HE HAD DRIVEN FROM CO TO OHIO AND HE NEEDED MORE MONEY.CALLED ME A SLAVER DRIVER. SO I GAVE A CHECK

Unfortunately when conducting business you will come across a very small percent of nutcases. This was a dishonest customer that backed out of a agreement that was in writing. I attempted pick up first time and had to make a 2nd attempt. I mentioned items would be delivered, the client threatened to not release payment. I was drunk? Seriously? I have a CDL and do the utmost to maintain the status of a clean record. Your post is rather amusing. This customer was deceiving. Never again, Sprinter5

Our delivery was FIRST CLASS !
On time , packaged perfectly , excellent customer service on both ends ( Chicago and Ohio ).
My cousin said when Ron picked up chairs in Chicago ,he was very professional and nice.
Thank you! These chairs were left to me by my dear late Aunt. This company treated my chairs like the heirloom they are.

EXCELLENT AND FAST SERVICE.
THIS PROVIDER KEPT ME UPDATED AND DELIVERED WITHIN 20 MIN OF TIME EXPECTED.
EVEN CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE 30 MIN BEHIND SCHEDULE BUT MADE IT IN 20 MINUTES.
I HAD EXPECTED ITEM TO ARRIVE WITHIN 2 WEEKS.......IT ARRIVED WITH 2 DAYS !!!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHITE GLOVE SERVICE WERE IN COMPARABLE. I ORDER A LOT OF LARGE ITEMS. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST AND COST EFFICIENT EVER.
