A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The specific date for pick up off the boat was on 8/16. Contacted and spoke with customer after booking and it was all set. The customer called Friday night and during the weekend, when no one was in office. He asked for cancellation the next day.(Sunday) The bottom line is he now wanted his boat delivered asap and used communication as an excuse. Did not give me until Monday morning when we opened and I got a hold of him and was informed he relisted it already and used that excuse. Not right.

I had a simple one minute question for the shipper that arose from the seller...I gave it 48hours. These transactions involve communication and cooperation from all parties..

Chris was very good to work with. His communication was right ontime,and he delivered as he said he would. I am on the fussy side, and I would not hesitate to use his services again. This guy is a big plus for Uship. Thanks again Chris for a perfect delivery 1500 miles door to door.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have left a voicemail on Friday and two emails since and no response from the shipper...I read past reviews and cancellations and the shipper has had issues with communication in the past. I need to work with someone that returns calls and emails within a 24 hour period. I am uncomfortable working with this shipper and need to relist my load...thanks.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I had a deal with the seller, transferred money to be wired on Tuesday morning may 31 and this evening 5/28 the seller informed me he was selling for a better offer...I had informed the seller of every single detail involving this sale and he just did not live up to our deal....I am very disappointed with him, not uship..I have used your service at least four times without issue...I am sorry this happened...please cancel this order..craig Shavlik..
