He told me on the day of delivery that he would notify me an hour in advance. He did that and hour and 20 minutes. Then he gave a 20 minute heads up. All my "thank you's" were politely followed up with many " you are very welcome's". Not at all your typical delivery person! Thank you for great shipping contractors!!"
