The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The add reads no assistance needed not true unit has a flat and dead battery I drive 3.5 hr to get there what 2 hr for someone to jump and fix flat than that cancel. They are saying my trailer is not plated for 16000. It is and the truck is 26000lbs. I have emailed a copy of the IN. Registration to the shipper. And will to u ship if needed.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The carrier's trailer is not capable to haul 16,000 lbs machine. It is too heavy for his trailer.
Response from Debraym:
The customer has not seen my trIler I did e mail my registration to show that my trailer was ok for the unit the 580 had a flat tire and a dead battery and no one to load that sent a woman that had no knowledge of what to do. Then shipper change drop town to 3 towns away. I will never bid is guy that's in CA. And not on site to ship or receive.
