I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider agreed to pickup my Yamaha. He sent an email on 03/31/21 at 0019 hours stating that he was 7 hours away from the location. On 03/31/21 at 1205 hours I sent him an email to check on the pickup status. He had not picked up the bike that he was running behind. I received another email at 03/31/21 at 1850 hours stating that he would call me when he stopped for diesel fuel. He further said that he hasn't answered my calls because he doesn't want to talk on the phone while driving. My questio
