The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I arrived in Savannah GA (from north Carolina heading back to South FL) on sat Nov 30th to pick up boat and trailer. Upon inspection trailer was doing to be NOT road Worthy and couldn't be transported safely. Contacted customer informed them and documented trailer and boat condition by taking pictures and video.client was to contact seller and make arrangements. I did not hear anything until an email the following Thursday (5th Dec). We cannot reschedule at this time I have already taken a large

Notwithstanding the trailer being serviced, the lights did not work properly when the driver attended on Sun for the pick up. He said he would come back later in the week. He was told the trailer was fixed on Wed. He ignored numerous telephone calls, texts and email. He cancelled the shipment on Sat night (knowing it had to be delivered by Monday morning).
Completely unacceptable communication, and he let me down very badly at the last moment. Will avoid him like the plague in the future.

First class servoce at short notice. Good communication (both in and out of usual hours) and boat/trailer delivered as promise. I am very happy and delighted to recommend.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The was a problem with the trailer lights when the driver originally tried to collect the boat (on his way home from another trip) - despite ithe trailer having been serviced. The driver said he would be able to pick it up later in the week.
I confirmed the trailer lights had been repaired on Wednesday. The boat needed to be delivered on the following Monday.
I followed up every day but did not receive any response until Saturday evening when the driver cancelled. Very very poor communicatio
