There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer listed the length and height wrong,this now requires a rgn/lowboy not a stepd eck,so we advised the customer this would be more and they think its okay to add length and height with no price increase

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We fixed everything on weekend with customer and my driver but customer booked me on monday and my driver get booked on sunday afternoon so I lost my driver and I let the customer know that so I started looking for another driver and I had it all set to pick it up tomorrow and customer knows it, but now I have everything cancelled. I explained to customer it was impossible to deliver on Jan23 because my driver will need to drive 5 days because it was 2,500 miles. I ask to denied this Cancel. tnx
