Signed a proof of delivery free of damage, now mention in the feedback is damaged pffff. Agreed to our payment terms which is prepaid and complain we are a freight broker. You should read what you accept before you complain.

Delivered with significant damage. Multiple items broken in what had to have been an abusive trip. Items in wooden crates, padding and even a flight case where just shattered. This is a broker and not an individual shipper. These were surely the lowest bidders all along the way. They demand payment in advance of delivery...I see why. Pay the extra money for a real shipping company.

Proof of delivery showing NO DAMAGE. Our profile clearly mention that we are a freight broker, that's why you got the best rate from us. Payment upfront is one of our payment terms which you accepted. Nothing to complain when you accept this which was provided up front.
