After being booked since 8/25/15, the service provider unfortunately have been unable to find a driver to complete the request. To date, the carrier is still not sure on when a driver will be available. Since the carrier is unable to accommodate my shipment, I cannot continue to wait indefinitely for my shipment to be picked up and kindly request a refund of this booking.
