Julie and FLT were fantastic! This was my first time having to ship my dog and I was a nervous wreck. Julie stayed in constant contact with route information, expected arrival times, and progress notes on my dog. Despite traveling 1000-1500 miles a day, Julie informed us of which hour she expected to arrive, and she was right on time! Plus, further updates when 1 hr, 30 minutes, and 10 minutes away. Not even Amazon is that exact with their scheduling! I would absolutely use Julie again!!
