The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The listing said 6k for each container. I arrived and couldn't budge the containers. Was told they were pretty much empty but I looked inside and was full of metal. Probably weighted more than container itself. Also they were listed as 24 foot and they measured 26 foot and 9 foot tall

Driver informed me he couldn't move the containers and I paid people to come unload them within an hour. They are EMPTY. He took off and never came back and made a series of excuses. It was very bizarre! He did not keep his word and I have a crazy text thread of lies I would love to share with anyone who wants to use him. Beware!!! You will just waste time.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The customer is being completely unreasonable. She did not ream the terms of shipment. The customer lacks patience is insisting on immediate pickup although we agreed on a set schedule between 2/15/2021 and 2/24/2021 as a date of pickup. This customer is very unprofessional

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy has been making excuses for days and not showing up. What an incredible waste of time! Can you please cancel and relist the shipment so I can find a driver?
