I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment told this customer on phone we could not do work around his schedule our bid stated same day delivery he accepted bid then wanted after that

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment cancelled on me after i accepted and paid. i now have incurred $200 in ticket expenses that i have incurred due to changes provider sked me to make. Response from henmove2: our bid was for same day delivery he accepted then wanted a differnt delivey told him on phone we could not do that he changed flight on his own

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved cancelled on me at last minute. i incurred $1500 in loss due to this. claims truck broke down but looking at previous feed back last minute cancellations seem to be a common problem with provider. Response from weship11: Sorry I cannot be responsible when you kept changing your move dates..This is an unfair feedback...I have to many positives to worry about unfair people like you..
