Demeteres was really nice to work with. He notified me of any delays or changes. My new puppy had gotten car sick and he even went out of his way and took him into a vet. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Dan was very friendly and prompt in letting me know about the cancellation. Some private matter arose and he couldn't make the scheduled pickup so he alerted me of the cancellation.
