Angie was a pleasure to work with, and was a very accomodating customer. Since I was delivering an upright piano, we got to spend a little bit of time together, and her and her son were a pleasure to be around. Angie was very glad to have her mother's piano home with her. Her son was very excited to see it, and I am sure he will enjoy learning on that gorgeous piano. Matt's a really great guy and great to work with... prompt as well as friendly and personable. His bid was at least $100 less than the next lowest offer. Only 1 concern: he had told me 2 people would be moving the piano but it was really him and a helper who did no lifting. He said he's moved many pianos and antiques before with no problem, and the piano was fine, it just made me anxious. He said he'd have to charge more to hire a helper and I believe him, just would have been good to know.

I am sorry that Angelica does not view my wife as a real helper, but she did not ask me the gender of my helper when we discussed the details of the shipment. My wife is my partner in the business and my only helper on the majority of our jobs. The discussion of "hiring a helper" was brought up by Angelica after the shipment was completed, and was taken completely out of context. 2 very capable shippers completed the job as described, I do not see how Angelica's anxiety should affect our rating.
