Having problems getting this one arranged. Once we got it arranged, had the truck on sight he decides to lie and say that since we couldn't pick it up he had someone else do it. Really? Our truck picked up, had to dispute the cancellation through Uship. This customer did everything he could to paying. The lifts were picked up and delivered by our company. I am sure that there is a communication issue since he is out of the country, but my advise, watch your back with this guy, complete scam.

THIS COMPANY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR THE EMAILS TRY TO GET MORE MONEY IN THE PICKUP AND WHEN DELIVERY THE FORKLIFT WE MUST TO PAY 850 MORE TO THE TRUCK DRIVER, BECAUSE WHEN ARRIVED TO THE DELIVERY WAREHOUSE SAID THAT IF DONT PAY THIS AMUNT THEY HAVE THE ORDER TO RETURN WITHT THE FORKLIFTS. watch your back with this COMPANY complete scam THIS IA A COMPANY THAT DONT HAVE TRUCKS, THEY BID IN THE USHIP AND THEN GO TO THE MARKET TO GET TRUCKS IN THE AREA AND PAY A LOWER PRICE THAT THEY GET IN USHI

You okayed for the truck driver to pick these up, that was an outside cost from the truck, we had no part in that. You were to make the arrangements for loading of these machines. We have all of our emails and log all phone calls, we answered your email as quickly as we could, phone calls were always taken. Your translator would lose connection and call back again. Not a scam at all, honest business. This is why you email me threatening me to remove this feedback? You tried to not pay this!
