I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We couldn't reach the buyer of the item and when we arrived to pick up other items from the seller we explained we could not take the items for that one customer because we couldn't get a hold of them. The seller said the buyer was ok with delivery but we always have to confirm. Otherwise we could be stuck with an item that we are forced to deliver on a different date. Normally not an issue but this trip we were delivering to is not on our usual route
