The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We did not mis-represent our vehicle or our service - Before we even accepted their load - and after much discussion - they agreed - that their freight should fit into our vehicle - we tried "for hours" to accommodate them - but in the end - it was less than 1/2 of 1 inch that stopped us from completely loading their load. I do not have any hard feeling towards these folks - As god as my witness - We did everything possible to make their load fit - It was just not meant to be : (

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have been in contact with customer. i hired. a freind to pull the
load but he failed and no show. I was in hospital. do to being ran over by
1500lb bull i tryed ti get a back up driver. then he called and blew up my
wifes phone with. nasty messages and almost got her fired from her. job
instead of calling me on my phone

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider asked if it would fit in s van. I asked "is it a cargo van or a Uhaul style box van" I then stated it would fit in a Uhaul I'm not sure about a cargo van. They claimed to have checked the deminsions and that it would fit. They accepted the proposal. They got there this morning and called to tell me it wouldn't all fit but they could leave one piece and bring it next week. I agreed. They then called back and said that they could only bring two pieces at a time and it would ta

Shipper did a great job! Great communication! He had a traffic delay and still delivered as promised. Hope to use again in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time A time for pick up was agreed upon and the provider missed it. He rescheduled it twice and missed both of those as well. He did not call to let me know he would be late or unable at anytime I always had to initiate the conversation and he always had an EXCUSE.
