After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We went to pick up a chair that was booked with us on u ship. The address was a SCAT bus station. There was no one there working. Customer could not be reached. We waited 1 hour for communication. This was not a pick up site. This person was shady. All shippers beware.

In my email I clearly stated the business work hours. I also explained to him that the he needed to WAIT for my green light. He dismissed my clear instructions. Still, I wish him best of luck!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I informed the carrier that The receiver information was wrong. He agreed to picking up either way. Many emails and texts after, he confirmed many times afterwards. He promised to pick up yesterday and he did not show up. He was informed the storage personnel was waiting for him. He confirmed again. And rescheduled for today before noon. He cancelled last minute, cancellation reason: change in shipping could not be resolved
